Project Profiles

Educational and Governmental:

Bureau of Indian Affairs; Navajo Nation School Systems; Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah; TTSI performed EPA-AHERA Asbestos Inspections and updated Asbestos Management Plans in thirty-two schools. Field work and final reporting completed in eight (8) weeks.

Defense and Governmental:

U.S. Army Facility; TTSI inspected and surveyed 550 federal buildings for Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM). These buildings contained over 6,000,000 square feet of floor space. The inspections results and reports were formatted and placed within a Microsoft Access database to assist facility engineers and architects. This effort was completed in less than 18 months.

Commercial and Governmental:

Port Authority; TTSI inspected and assessed 25 facilities for Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM), Lead Based Paints (LBP), Universal Wastes and Other Regulated Materials (UW/ORM), and Radiation Hazards (RH). Field work and final reporting completed in less than 30 days.

Utility and Governmental:

Major Regional Utility Authority; TTSI inspected and assessed 55 buildings; containing over 2,000,000 square feet of floor space for Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM), Lead Based Paint Hazards (LBP), Universal Wastes and Other Regulated Materials (UW/ORM). Field work and final reporting were completed in less than 45 days.

Health Care Provider:

Regional Health Care System; 14 Major Facilities; TTSI developed CDC and ASHRAE compliant Water Management Plans (WMP) for each site and provides quarterly and annual Legionella and Pseudomonas sampling. TTSI also provided the water system permitting support to comply with state and federal regulations.
